If you cannot recall exact figures, use reasonable ranges: “reduced processing time by approximately 30%.” Approximations with context are far stronger than vague language.

Your CV should position you at the level you want to be paid at not the level you are currently at. If you are targeting a senior role, your language, the scope of achievements you highlight and the seniority of the projects you reference should all reflect that ambition. Do not undersell yourself on the page and then try to negotiate upward in the room.
